SALON POLICIES

  • Products and Services: All sales are final. There are No Refunds or Exchanges on Products and Services

  • New Guests: When visiting our salon, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to complete your personal profile.  Arriving early, will allow you time to relax and make the most of your time. A late arrival will shorten your service.

  • Late Arrival Policy: A 10-minute grace period is allowed for each appointment. It is our desire to provide you with world-class service. Your scheduled service is permitted a certain amount of time to complete each service. We will accommodate you to the best of our ability. We may require you to reschedule your appointment.

  • The 24 Hour Cancelation Policy:  We at Salon Di Panache Understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore request at least a 24 hour notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Reservations cancelled within 24 hours or for which the clients are a "No-Show", will incur a charge of 50% of the total service amount. Cancellations are sometimes unavoidable; however, please give 48 hours notice so that we can accommodate another guest in your place, to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.

  • The 4 Hour Cancelation Policy:  Please note that appointments made within 24 hours may instead be cancelled or modified at least 4 hours prior to the reservation time in order to avoid a charge of 50% of the total service amount. 

  • Multiple Services of $100.00 or more require a credit card to reserve the appointment. To avoid a 50% cancellation fee, a 48-hour cancellation notice is required so that we may accommodate another guest in your place.

  • Re-do:  Salon Di Panache strives to make your entire experience unforgettable. Every service you receive should be perfect. In the event you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us within 5 days of your original appointment and we will gladly re-do your service.

  • Gratuities are not included in the prices listed in our brochure, 18-20% of the cost of the service is customary. For your convenience, we provide gratuity envelope  the front desk. Gratuities cannot be added to a credit card or check. We have a ATM for your convince. Some Technicians except Venmo. Please call the salon for any questions.

  • Valuables: We are not responsible for loss or damage to articles. Please keep all your valuables with you during your services. We ask you to wear a smock during any chemical service, providing you protection for your clothing.

  • Appointments: We suggest that you call at least 2-3 weeks in advance so that we may accommodate you in a timely manner. We recommend that clients schedule their next appointment before leaving the salon.

  • Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard and personal checks.

  • Gift Certificates are available and are valid for one year from date of purchase. Gift certificates are not refundable, and must be presented at time of arrival.

  • No discounts on Saturdays.

  • A $25.00 charge on all returned checks.

  • Salon Di Panaché understands and appreciates clients trying different artists to ensure that they are 100% satisfied. We want you to feel comfortable if you select another staff member, and if needed, a fresh point of view.

  • All prices are subject to change.

  • There are circumstances when a technician is ill or has an emergency. Please provide us with all the proper information, this will enable us to contact you to reschedule your appointment.

  • Salon Di Panaché asks if you would please shut off cell phones so our clients may relax and enjoy their services.
